Version of 31 August 2026
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Ranfano website, available at ranfano.pl (the “Service”). These Terms bind both Players and Clubs; provisions that apply to only one of them name that party explicitly.
The Service is operated by Wojciech Waśniowski, Bochnia, Poland, email: kontakt@ranfano.pl (the “Operator”).
The Service supports the organization and administration of racket sports competitions (including table tennis, tennis, padel, squash and badminton) — leagues and tournaments run by sports clubs.
User — any person using the Service.
Player — a User holding a player account who takes part in competitions.
Club — an entity organizing competitions, holding a club account and management panel within the Service.
Account — the set of resources and permissions assigned to a User within the Service.
Creating a Player account is voluntary and free of charge. It requires providing an email address, first and last name, a phone number, setting a password that meets the security requirements stated in the registration form, and confirming the email address via a verification link. Registration also requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The User is required to provide true and up-to-date information and to protect their login credentials from third parties. One person may hold only one Player account.
During the Service’s launch period, club accounts are created by the Operator at a club’s request. Self-service club registration will be made available at a later date.
It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, infringe the rights of third parties, attempt unauthorized access to the Service, or engage in activities that disrupt its operation.
The Operator may block the Account of a User who grossly violates these Terms; in other cases, a block is preceded by a request to cease the violation.
Competitions are organized by the Club. The Service provides the tools to run them: sign-ups, schedules, results, standings and rankings.
By signing up for a competition, the Player accepts the rules set by the Club, including the competition format, scoring, and schedule.
Match results, standings and rankings — together with the Player’s first and last name — are publicly visible in the Service, consistent with the sporting nature of the competitions. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service by Players is free of charge.
Entry fees and other charges for participation in competitions are set and collected by the Club. The Service records these dues and their status for informational purposes only and does not act as a payment intermediary.
Use of the Service by a Club is subject to a subscription fee — monthly or yearly — the amount of which depends on the range of features ordered. The Club agrees the scope and price of the subscription with the Operator before the club account is activated. No subscription fees are charged during the Service's launch period; the Operator will notify Clubs at least 14 days before charging begins.
The Operator makes every effort to keep the Service running without interruption but does not guarantee continuous availability; maintenance work and failures may cause interruptions in operation.
The Operator is not responsible for content published by Clubs, nor for the organization or conduct of competitions run by Clubs.
Complaints regarding the operation of the Service may be submitted to the following email address: kontakt@ranfano.pl. The Operator will handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
The User may request deletion of their Account at any time by contacting the Operator.
Deleting an Account does not remove published competition results, which form part of the sporting archive; the rules governing further processing of such data are described in the Privacy Policy.
The Operator may amend these Terms for valid reasons, in particular where the Service’s functionality or applicable law changes. Changes will be announced in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.
Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law.
The invalidity of any single provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
