Tournaments and Leagues module

You find the players. Ranfano takes care of the rest.

The Tournaments and Leagues module runs your competitions from sign-up to podium. It draws and seeds, works out tables, brackets and the ELO ranking, and players follow everything on their phones — in Polish or English.

Every format you need

Round robin, a knockout cup with a third-place match, the Brazilian system that gives losers a second chance — full and fast — and groups followed by a knockout phase, including the best third-placed players going through. Plus leagues with promotion and relegation. Run several categories in one tournament, each with its own format, rules and entry limit. Singles, doubles and drawn doubles, where players sign up alone and the system draws the pairs.

A draw without paper slips

Mark your seeds and Ranfano places them in the bracket and hands out the byes. Groups are drawn from pots by ELO ranking, and the match order lets play start on every court and table at once. The ready-made “Quick tournament” and “Lots of play” setups show how many groups and matches there will be before you start the tournament.

Tables and brackets work themselves out

Enter a score and the table, bracket and standings update at once. Ties are broken by the head-to-head match, a mini-league, then set and game difference — and players can see why they finished where they did. Walkovers and retirements are counted correctly. You set the rules: number of sets, tie-break or advantage, a super tie-break in the final set, and points in squash, badminton and table tennis. If you like, players enter their own match scores — every change stays in the activity log.

Your club's ELO ranking

Every tournament and league match played updates the ranking automatically — separately for singles, doubles and mixed, women and men, in each of your club's categories. Players see their rating, form, winning streak and how it changed after every match, and before a match — their record against the opponent and how many points they can gain. Correcting a score recalculates the ranking from scratch, so nothing drifts. The ranking helps you seed tournaments fairly and gives players a reason to come back.

A league that runs itself

Rounds with deadlines, groups from the first division down, promotion and relegation after every round — with a preview before closing and an undo. Rounds can close automatically. A player who has to miss a round freezes it with points compensation, and a newcomer mid-season gets their matches straight away. Publish a weekly plan with times and courts at the flick of a switch. At the end of the season: overall standings, a playoff and awards — longest streak, Dominator, Comeback king.

Grand Prix series

Link 2 to 24 tournaments into a series with overall standings. You set the points for each place and decide whether to drop the weakest result, and ties are settled automatically. Players see on each tournament card which stage of the series it is — and fight for every point.

Everything for players — on their phones

Every tournament and league has its own page: online sign-up with a waiting list, brackets, tables and the podium. Players sign up with a doubles partner, get notifications — moving up from the waiting list, drawn matches, a round starting — and have a schedule with an “Add to Google Calendar” button. Put the tournament page on the TV at your club: it refreshes itself.

In Polish and English

Every player and organiser picks a language in their profile. The player area, the club panel and notifications switch automatically, on every device, and printable score sheets come in both languages. Players from abroad feel at home at your club.
